Introduction for Oral History Project

In proceeding with our Collabrative Research Project, we had no previous knowledge about raw milk.  We conducted two interviews with a registered dietician as well as a supporter of raw milk.  Our registered dietician explained that she would never suggest raw milk to her clients because it is illegal, yet she drinks it.
